Often times first responders are so overwhelmed in the initial stages of an event it is left up to untrained civilians to begin rescue operations. These heroes put themselves in danger to help their neighbors in a time of need DMRS strike teams bring experienced professionals to the scene to help alleviate some of the dangers to these citizens as well as increasing the survivability of the victims. The teams consist of trained responders in all disciplines. Each team has a minimum of 5 responders with the capability to render medical care, facilitate transport of the most critical patients, clear trees and other debris blocking access to incoming responders, as well as providing water, blankets, and other comfort measures. Our team members have participated in the responses for: Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, Katrina, Sandy, and the Haiti Earthquake.
